Design Language
Mee’s design language was built to feel bold, energetic, and precise, combining the confidence of a fintech platform with the optimism of green energy. The colour palette is intentionally electric, using high-impact greens alongside clean neutrals and dark grounding tones to signal both sustainability and financial credibility. Custom container shapes echo the structured conformity of solar panel arrangements on residential roofs, referencing the physical product while introducing a modular, system-led logic to the interface.

Logo Build
The Mee logo is built from four simple triangles, a mark that uses negative space to subtly echo sunlight hitting a solar panel. But it’s more than a symbol. These shapes became the foundation for the entire brand system: a modular design language used across icons, grid layouts, UI elements, and motion. The same triangles are echoed as mask cuts in the wordmark, bringing a softness to the letterforms, and introducing a sense of continuity and circularity.

Iconography
Iconography played a key role in shaping the front end of Mee’s technology dashboard, helping the interface feel tailored, intuitive, and unmistakably on brand. Every icon was custom drawn using the same corner cuts and geometric rules extracted from the logo, with triangular forms acting as a unifying device throughout the system. This consistency allowed complex data and functionality to be communicated clearly, while reinforcing a cohesive visual language that carries from brand to product, ensuring the dashboard feels purposeful rather than generic.

System UI/UX
The website and dashboard experience were designed to make complex energy data feel accessible and reassuring. UI and UX decisions focused on clarity, hierarchy, and pace, allowing users to understand performance, savings, and system status at a glance. Logic-driven layouts, clear visual cues, and consistent interaction patterns reduce cognitive load and build confidence in the technology, ensuring the digital experience feels less like a technical tool and more like a considered, user-first platform that supports informed decision making.

Brand Extention
Mee Sync was developed as a focused brand extension within the core Mee ecosystem, created to give greater visibility and clarity to the platform’s aftercare and ongoing support offering. While fully integrated into the main service, Sync was given its own identity treatment to help customers better understand the value of monitoring, optimisation, and long-term performance. Built directly from Mee’s visual and tonal system, the extension reinforces trust and continuity while allowing this additional layer of the service to be communicated with confidence and intent.

Brand Application
The brand was applied across real world touchpoints to ensure it translated beyond screen and interface. Working closely with the Mee team, we developed a suite of physical and environmental mockups to test how the identity behaved in practical, customer-facing scenarios, from installation materials to on-site communications. This collaborative approach allowed the brand to be refined in context, ensuring it feels considered, consistent, and credible wherever it appears, reinforcing Mee’s presence as both a service and a long-term energy partner.
