Project Overview
Fyous already had the invention. The PolyMorphic 28k is a reconfigurable moulding machine unlike anything else in production. What they needed was a website that could carry that story to the right rooms. Investors, industry partners, potential customers, none of them should have to work hard to understand why this matters. We built the full digital experience from scratch: sitemapping the architecture, designing the UI, creating 3D visualisations, and developing illustrations to support the technical narrative.
UI / UX and Web Build
We started with the sitemap, working through every page and user journey before a single frame was designed. The UI was built around restraint: considered layouts, deliberate hierarchy, space used as signal. Kinetic design elements introduce the machine in motion before the copy does the work. 3D visualisation of the PolyMorphic hardware goes further than photography could, showing the product at a level of detail that earns attention. Every screen built to perform fast, functional, and consistent across devices.
Tone of Voice and Positioning
Fyous is not iterating on existing manufacturing processes, it is removing the constraints that define them. That required language with genuine conviction. We helped shape a voice that is direct, technically grounded, and free of the softening that creeps into deep-tech communication. Short sentences, active construction, no over-explanation. The tone holds across the full site without shifting register or losing its edge.
